About Classible

Classible allows users to:

  • Discover businesses and local service providers
  • Read customer reviews and ratings
  • Submit reviews and service experiences
  • Create user accounts
  • Claim and manage business profiles
  • Respond to reviews
  • Report potentially inappropriate content
  • Access business and service information

Classible is a platform that facilitates the publication and discovery of information and user-generated content.

Classible is not the service provider being reviewed.

A listing, rating, review, verification indicator, or presence on Classible does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, accreditation, guarantee, or warranty by Classible.

2

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Classible.

If you are under the age required to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, you may only use Classible with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Classible complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3

Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your account information current
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Not share your account with another person
  • Not impersonate another person or organization
  • Notify Classible if you believe your account has been compromised

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

Classible may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are reasonably suspected of being involved in fraud, abuse, manipulation, or other prohibited activity.

4

User Reviews and Content

Classible allows users to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, comments, and other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights you own in your User Content.

However, by submitting User Content to Classible, you grant Classible a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, format, translate, analyze, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, improve, and provide the Services.

This licence continues for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which the content was submitted, subject to applicable law.

5

Review Requirements

Reviews must represent a genuine experience or otherwise comply with Classible's review policies.

You may not submit a review that:

  • Is knowingly false or misleading
  • Is fabricated
  • Is copied from another source without authorization
  • Is submitted in exchange for undisclosed compensation
  • Is submitted by someone who has not actually experienced the service, where the review claims personal experience
  • Is intended to manipulate a business's rating
  • Is submitted multiple times for the same experience
  • Is submitted by a business owner, employee, competitor, or other interested party without appropriate disclosure
  • Impersonates another person
  • Contains confidential information
  • Contains another person's private information without authorization
  • Contains threats, harassment, or abusive content
  • Contains unlawful content
  • Is primarily promotional or advertising content
  • Is spam
  • Attempts to manipulate search rankings or Classible's rating system

Classible may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the authenticity or integrity of a review.

6

Review Independence

Classible does not guarantee that reviews are accurate, complete, or representative of all customers.

Reviews reflect the opinions and experiences of individual users.

A review does not necessarily represent the views of Classible.

Classible does not guarantee that a business's Classible rating accurately represents the quality, reliability, safety, legality, or suitability of that business.

Users should consider multiple sources of information before making purchasing or service decisions.

7

Verified Reviews

Classible may provide verification indicators for certain reviews.

Examples may include:

  • Verified Account
  • Verified Experience
  • Other verification indicators introduced by Classible

A verification indicator means that Classible has applied a particular verification process or signal.

It does not mean that Classible guarantees the truthfulness of every statement contained in the review.

Classible may change its verification methods from time to time.

8

Review Moderation

Classible may review, moderate, restrict, label, or remove User Content.

Content may be reviewed using:

  • Automated systems
  • Artificial intelligence
  • Fraud-detection technology
  • Human moderators
  • Reports submitted by users or businesses

Classible may take action where content appears to:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Violate applicable law
  • Be fraudulent or deceptive
  • Manipulate ratings
  • Contain spam
  • Contain harassment
  • Contain personal or confidential information
  • Create security or safety risks
  • Otherwise undermine the integrity of the platform

Classible does not guarantee that every violation will be detected.

9

Review Reports and Disputes

Businesses and users may report reviews or other content that they believe violates these Terms.

Submitting a report does not automatically result in removal.

Classible may request supporting information and may consider information from the reviewer, business, and other relevant sources.

Classible may:

  • Keep the content published
  • Remove the content
  • Restrict visibility
  • Request clarification
  • Add a warning or label
  • Take action against an account

Classible's moderation decisions may be subject to an appeal process where such a process is offered.

10

No Paid Removal of Legitimate Reviews

Classible does not promise businesses that they can pay to remove legitimate negative reviews.

Businesses may dispute reviews through Classible's established reporting and moderation procedures.

Paid subscriptions, advertising arrangements, featured listings, or other commercial relationships do not guarantee:

  • Positive reviews
  • Higher ratings
  • Removal of legitimate reviews
  • Preferential moderation treatment

Classible may remove content when it violates applicable policies or law, regardless of whether the business has a paid relationship with Classible.

11

Business Profiles

Classible may create and maintain profiles for businesses and service providers.

Business information may be obtained from:

  • Businesses
  • Publicly available sources
  • Users
  • Data providers
  • Business representatives
  • Classible research and verification

Classible does not guarantee that all business information is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

Businesses may request to claim their profiles.

12

Claiming a Business

A person claiming a business must have appropriate authority to represent that business.

You must not claim a business that you do not own, operate, represent, or have authority to manage.

Classible may request information to verify your relationship with the business.

If Classible determines that a claim is inaccurate, fraudulent, or unauthorized, it may reject, suspend, or revoke the claim.

13

Business Responsibilities

Businesses using Classible agree not to:

  • Create fake customer accounts
  • Submit fake reviews
  • Pay or incentivize undisclosed reviews
  • Pressure customers to submit particular ratings
  • Threaten customers because of negative reviews
  • Manipulate review scores
  • Impersonate customers
  • Create reviews on behalf of customers
  • Submit competitor reviews intended to harm another business
  • Attempt to circumvent Classible's moderation systems
  • Misrepresent their relationship with Classible

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that their use of Classible complies with applicable Canadian laws.

14

Business Responses

Businesses may be permitted to respond to customer reviews.

Business responses must:

  • Be accurate
  • Be professional
  • Respect customer privacy
  • Not disclose confidential customer information
  • Not contain threats or harassment
  • Not attempt to manipulate the review system

Businesses should not publicly disclose private customer information when responding to a review.

15

Business Services and Subscriptions

Classible may offer paid services to businesses, including:

  • Enhanced business profiles
  • Review analytics
  • Reputation management
  • Review monitoring
  • Review request tools
  • Business analytics
  • Lead-generation services
  • Multi-location management
  • Other business features

Pricing, billing frequency, included features, usage limits, and applicable taxes will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Classible may introduce, modify, or discontinue subscription plans and features.

Material changes to existing paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the applicable subscription terms.

16

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Where a subscription automatically renews, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account according to the selected billing period.

You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation procedure provided by Classible.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily result in a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

17

Free Trials and Promotions

Classible may occasionally offer free trials, promotional pricing, discounts, credits, or other incentives.

Additional terms may apply to these offers.

Unless otherwise stated, Classible may limit promotional offers to one per person, business, account, or organization.

Classible may cancel or modify a promotional offer where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or comply with applicable law.

18

Payments and Taxes

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

You agree to provide accurate billing information.

You are responsible for applicable taxes associated with your purchase, except taxes that Classible is legally required to collect and remit.

Payment disputes should first be directed to Classible or the applicable payment provider, as appropriate.

19

Lead Generation

Classible may provide lead-generation or customer-contact features.

Classible does not guarantee:

  • A particular number of leads
  • Lead quality
  • Conversion rates
  • Revenue
  • Customer retention
  • Customer satisfaction

Businesses are responsible for responding to leads and complying with applicable laws when communicating with prospective customers.

20

Artificial Intelligence

Classible may use artificial intelligence and automated technologies to provide certain features.

AI may be used for:

  • Review summaries
  • Sentiment analysis
  • Business categorization
  • Search improvement
  • Fraud detection
  • Content moderation
  • Business-data enrichment
  • Business analytics
  • Draft responses
  • Other platform functions

AI-generated information may contain errors.

AI-generated summaries, recommendations, classifications, or analyses should not be treated as guaranteed factual statements.

Businesses and users remain responsible for reviewing information before relying on it for important decisions.

Classible does not guarantee that AI-generated content is complete, accurate, unbiased, or suitable for any particular purpose.

21

Search Rankings and Ratings

Classible may use algorithms and other systems to organize:

  • Search results
  • Business listings
  • Categories
  • Reviews
  • Ratings
  • Recommendations

Search ranking may consider factors such as relevance, location, content quality, activity, completeness, reviews, and other signals.

Classible may change its ranking algorithms at any time.

A higher search position does not necessarily indicate that one business is objectively better than another.

Paid services may provide separately identified promotional placement. Payment does not guarantee a higher organic review rating.

22

Third-Party Content and Services

Classible may display information obtained from third parties or link to external websites.

Classible does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, availability, or reliability of third-party content or services.

Your interactions with third-party businesses and websites are between you and the applicable third party.

Classible is not a party to transactions between users and businesses unless expressly stated otherwise.

23

Transactions Between Users and Businesses

Classible may help users discover businesses or contact service providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Classible does not:

  • Provide the underlying service
  • Employ the business
  • Guarantee the business's work
  • Guarantee pricing
  • Guarantee availability
  • Guarantee licensing or insurance
  • Guarantee safety
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Act as an agent for either party

Any contract for services is between the customer and the service provider.

Users should independently verify important information before hiring a service provider.

24

Intellectual Property

The Classible website, software, branding, logos, designs, graphics, databases, text, and other materials provided by Classible are owned by or licensed to Classible and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

  • Copy Classible's content
  • Reproduce the platform
  • Scrape or systematically collect platform data
  • Reverse engineer the platform
  • Create derivative works
  • Republish Classible content
  • Use Classible trademarks without permission
  • Circumvent technical protections

Classible's name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.

25

Automated Access and Scraping

Unless expressly authorized by Classible, you may not use:

  • Bots
  • Crawlers
  • Scrapers
  • Automated data collection tools
  • AI agents
  • Scripts
  • Automated browsers

to systematically access, collect, copy, monitor, or reproduce Classible content or data.

This restriction does not prohibit legitimate search-engine crawling or other automated access expressly permitted by Classible's robots.txt or applicable technical policies.

26

Prohibited Activities

You must not use Classible to:

  • Commit fraud
  • Harass or threaten others
  • Impersonate another person

  • Attempt to manipulate Classible search rankings

Classible may take appropriate action against accounts or activity that violates these Terms.

This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

32

Account Suspension and Termination

Classible may suspend or terminate your account where reasonably necessary to:

  • Enforce these Terms
  • Prevent fraud
  • Protect users
  • Protect businesses
  • Protect the platform
  • Comply with applicable law
  • Investigate abuse or security issues

You may stop using Classible at any time.

Account termination does not necessarily result in deletion of all User Content where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.

33

Effect of Account Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to certain features may cease
  • Your account may be disabled
  • Subscription services may be cancelled
  • Outstanding payment obligations may remain

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date.

Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of Classible after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Where required by applicable law, mandatory consumer-protection rights will continue to apply regardless of any contractual provision in these Terms.

The appropriate provincial jurisdiction and venue should be specified based on Classible's legal entity, principal place of business, and applicable legal advice.

36

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

38

No Waiver

A failure by Classible to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

39

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Classible Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Services, constitute the agreement between you and Classible regarding your use of the Services, except where additional terms expressly apply.
